Analytics process

Alll DMP sites are built to support the collection of web analytics. This collection of data allows for analysis of web site performance and ongoing optimization of web pages and sites.  

For projects involving an update or creation of a new website or page, the Digital Marketing Experiences (DMX) team program manager engages the analytics team to QA once it is live. If production work is done in the staging environment, this analytics check occurs prior to go-live.

Requesting reporting

  • Submit all analytics requests through Workfront (use this form).
  • Select applicable drop-down options and the request will get routed to the analytics team.
  • Include the URL and KPIs of interest in the Business objective field.
  • Turnaround time: A few business days, minimum. If a 1-2 day turnaround is needed, please provide justification.
