Requesting access to Adobe Experience Manager (AEM)

AEM is a web-based platform that can be accessed using a compatible browser and does not require any special software or a VPN connection.

A non-wireless connection is recommended when a user is working in AEM for an extended period of time simply to ensure the fastest connection speed possible.

Recommended browsers: Firefox and Chrome*.

Requesting access to AEM

• Submit a request for AEM acccess via Workfront, using this form.
• If a user does not have Workfront access they can submit an AEM access request by emailing MarTech@optum.com.
