PATTERN OVERVIEW

A Resource library content hub displays a collection of article titles, thumbnail image from an article directory. Content is dynamically populated by pulling the heading, copy, image and link from the article pages that are set to be featured. Content is displaying in rows of three. Users can sort and filter content based on the tags assigned to each piece of conent.

The content displayed for each article ais pulled from information added to the page properties of the article page that is set to be featured.

• Title is pulled from the "Navigation Title" field under the "More Titles and Description" category, within the "Basic" tab. 
• Copy is  pulled from the "Subtitle" field under the "More Titles and Description" category, within the "Basic" tab. 
• Image pulls from the "Image path" field in page properties. 
• Category label is pulled from "Tags/Keywords" field under the "Title and Tags" category, within the "Basic" tab.

The patterns for pagination, image size and font styles are built into the component and cannot be modified. 

Hub display options:

• Content can be configured to be displayed by date, alphabetically or by descending or ascending order.
• Labels for filters, search bar and filter button are customized per the theme of each hub and in alignment with the overall tagging strategy. 

AEM component: Use the "Hubs component" to build this pattern. Set the component style to "Resource library" and configure tags, filter labels, etc.

Requirements

• A hub is created around a theme.
• A hub pulls content using the tags added to a page via the page properties.
• Article page must be located in a specified library directory.  
• The Hub component should be added inside of a Full column control set to 1080 px.

Labels: For headings, use sentence case, no punctuation.
