Webinar templates

Templates for webinars, registration confirmation, on-demand webinars and download pages are available in AEM to use.

Archive live webinars and add recording to the Insights library.

Follow the process outlined below to archive a live webinar page and move the webinar recording to the resource library. Usually this takes place within 48 hours of the live webinar completion.

1. Move a copy of the webinar page to the resource library directory.
2. Update webinar page body to include a link to the recording of the webinar, length (in minutes) and any necessary copy changes.
   
3. Update the page properties:
   •  Content freshness properties, marketer/page owner, campaign name, etc.
   • Update page tags — change from "webinar" to "webinars on demand" — ensure proper segment tags are used.
   • Check to make sure the article publish date has been set in the page properties, advanced tab.
4. Update the confirmation page with the recording link, remove calendar hold / add to calendar. 
   
5. Then also on the confirmation page, add button, view webinar — link it to webinar recording.
   
6. Retire the old page to account for any incoming traffic to the old page location in the event, campaign, or other directory by archive redirecting the old page to the new resource library page:  use s-code, example: ...webinar.html?s=redirect
